I called Beyond Tax to ask some questions regarding organisation tax where I am a volunteer at. I went into the phone call clueless and initially thought I needed an appointment. I spoke to Tanya who was so informative and went out of her way to explain things to me, to then pass my information on to have someone call me back. Very soon after I received a call from Jen who explained everything to me even further in depth with options, where the best place to start with the process of what I needed to get done and then took more time to type it all in a email and sent it too me. The service I got was exceptional and the friendliness did not go unnoticed. I have been getting my tax return done at beyond tax for a number of years now the service was always great but the last 3 years the service has been declining and on my last return it was not good at all the service and information given to me was very ordinary more like just pay the service fees and good day may be time to see another agent

Shout out to Beyond tax. My mother received a letter from the ATO, in relation to CGT.
